Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the APIX Load mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What APIX Load is

APIX Load is a mobile app that lets users in the Philippines purchase telco prepaid load, data promos, and similar products from a wallet balance funded through PayMongo. APIX Load is operated by APIX Eloading Center.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Philippines to use APIX Load.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your PIN, password, and login credentials secret.
• You are responsible for transactions made from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, sign out of all devices in the app immediately and contact us.

4. Wallet balance

• Wallet balance is denominated in Philippine Pesos.
• Top-ups are processed by PayMongo, a BSP-licensed Electronic Money Issuer.
• Wallet balance has no expiration but may be returned to you via our refund process if your account is closed.

5. Purchases

• All sales are final once the load is delivered to the destination number. Telco load purchases cannot be reversed.
• If a purchase fails on our side (you were charged but no load arrived), contact us within 24 hours and we will refund or retry.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use APIX Load for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Reselling load at fraudulent terms
• Automated abuse, scraping, or attempts to extract wallet balances belonging to other users
• Any activity that violates Philippine law

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use, with or without notice.

7. Availability

We try to keep APIX Load available 24/7 but make no guarantee. Telco provider outages, network issues, and scheduled maintenance may temporarily prevent purchases.

8. Disclaimers

APIX Load is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to APIX Load is limited to the total amount of wallet top-ups you made in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

11. Changes

We will post updated terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
