You can request deletion of your APIX Load account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what we delete, and what we are required by Philippine law to keep.
Body: the Philippine mobile number associated with your account
We acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Within 30 days of your request, we permanently remove:
Your profile (name, email, phone number)
Saved beneficiary phone numbers
Linked devices and their session tokens
Facebook account pairing (if any)
PIN and password records
Crash logs associated with your account
What we are required to keep
By Philippine law we must retain certain records even after account deletion:
Wallet transaction records — 5 years. Required by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) for electronic money operators.
Compliance audit trail — 1 year. Required for regulatory record-keeping.
These records are kept in a restricted-access archive, are not used for any other purpose, and are permanently destroyed at the end of the retention period.
