You can request deletion of your APIX Load account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what we delete, and what we are required by Philippine law to keep.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
Open APIX Load
Go to Profile (bottom-right)
Scroll to Privacy & data
Tap Delete account
Review the warning — any remaining wallet balance is permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered, so spend or use it first if you want to keep it
Body: the Philippine mobile number associated with your account
We acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting from inside the app is immediate; emailed requests are completed within 30 days. We permanently remove:
Your profile (name, email, phone number)
Your wallet account, including any remaining balance, which is forfeited and cannot be recovered
Saved beneficiary phone numbers
Linked devices, their session tokens, and offline-code keys
Facebook and Messenger pairing (if any)
PIN and password records
Crash logs associated with your account
What we are required to keep
Philippine financial and tax law requires us to retain transaction records even after you delete your account. We keep them in anonymised form — your name, contact details, and account identity are removed, and the recipient numbers on each record are redacted — so the records can no longer be linked back to you:
Transaction records (top-ups, loads, and the wallet ledger) — retained for as long as Philippine financial and tax record-keeping laws require (at least five years from the transaction date), under Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) record-keeping rules.
Compliance audit trail — 1 year. Required for regulatory record-keeping.
These anonymised records are held in our secure accounting system, accessible only to authorised staff for regulatory audit and tax compliance. They are not used for marketing, analytics, or any purpose other than legal compliance, you cannot access or modify them after deletion, and they are permanently destroyed at the end of the retention period.
