APIX Eloading Center ("APIX", "we", "us") operates the APIX Load mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Philippine mobile phone number
Email address
A PIN you create for authentication
Saved beneficiary phone numbers (people you load for)
If you link your Facebook account: your Facebook name, email, and a Facebook-issued user ID. We do not receive your Facebook password.
Payment information from our payment processor when you top up your wallet.
2. How we use information
To create and operate your APIX wallet
To process telco load purchases and deliver them to the correct number
To verify your identity via SMS OTP (sent through our SMS gateway provider)
To enable Messenger-based load purchases (if you link Facebook)
To comply with Philippine anti-money-laundering laws (AMLA) and BSP electronic money issuer (EMI) record-keeping obligations
To investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
3. Who we share with
We share only the minimum necessary data with carefully selected service providers, including:
A BSP-regulated payment processor — processes wallet top-ups
Authorized telco load distributors — deliver your purchased load and promos to the destination number
SMS gateway provider — delivers verification codes (OTP) to your mobile number
Cloud infrastructure provider — hosts your account data, transaction history, and authentication backend
Meta / Facebook — only if you have linked your Facebook account, and only as needed for Messenger ordering
We require all service providers to handle your data in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. How long we keep it
Account profile: while your account is active; deleted when you delete your account
Wallet transaction records: retained for as long as Philippine financial and tax record-keeping laws require (at least five years from the transaction date). After you delete your account these records are anonymised — your identity and recipient numbers are removed — kept solely for regulatory and tax compliance, not used for any other purpose, and then permanently deleted
Audit logs: 1 year
Crash logs: 90 days

View your data in the app
Correct your name and email in Profile settings
Unlink your Facebook account at any time from Profile → Messenger
